Holistic Therapy Program

“The Shift”

bekind.jpg

We believe in a shift rather than a change. A shift is forever and is totally within yourself, you only need you.

We believe all the wisdom is already inside you.

We believe everything you want is already inside you.

We believe you are already good enough, just the way you are.

You don’t need to change, because you are already all that you need.

Holistic approach

We believe in the power of holistic healing. Holistic for us means to look at our ‘whole’ selves and not just one part of it. In this program we will look into every aspect of you: body, mind and soul - in relation to the whole.

We don’t treat mental illnesses; we treat the reasons for the development of your mental illness, such as trauma responses, coping mechanisms, suppressing emotions and childhood traumas. Regular therapy often only focuses on the rational mind and for many women this is not enough to make a meaningful shift in the way they think and feel.

The holistic therapy program is a sustainable program to make a long-term shift in your life. During the three weeks at Be Kind you will find the roots of your struggles, fears, anger and unhealthy patterns inside yourself. The moment we find the roots of your problems, you will be able to make a shift and let go of everything that is too heavy to carry.

Below you can find all the different holistic therapies we offer, related to the body, mind and soul.

For every woman who is ready to feel freedom from inside. To gain your inner strength back, to love yourself and your imperfections, to let go of your struggle, to forgive yourself. For women who struggle with:

- Depression

- Burn-out

- Anxiety

- Eating disorder

- Self sabotaging behaviour

- Grief

This program is created for women who want to make a real shift, but can’t find the right support to do this with just cognitive based therapy.

We want to inspire you to broaden your horizon to find the right way of therapy and healing.

The structure

We have a similar approach for every mental illness, because we are actually not treating the mental illness itself, but the deeper layers that developed your mental illness. We call it The Healing Tree. First we treat the roots, so you can grow and eventually blossom.

1 - THE ROOTS

  • Mindfulness based cognitive behaviour therapy

  • Gestalt psychotherapy

  • Inner child therapy

    Mirror work therapy

2 - THE GROWTH

  • Art therapy

  • Emotional release therapy

  • Trauma release therapy

  • Affirmations

  • Energy healing

  • Cleansing ceremony

3- THE BLOSSOM

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy

  • Intuitive movement therapy

  • Art therapy

  • Surf as therapy

The Shift has 3 stages: the disconnection, the shift and the reconnection. We believe that awareness is the first step into healing, changing and accepting. To become aware of your struggles, feelings and patterns we need to disconnect first. After disconnecting we will focus on connecting with your own power and creating a healthy relationship with yourself. During the final stage you will plant the seeds for your future; the answers within you will come the moment you are at ease with yourself.

Therapists and coaches

Below you can find a short introduction of all the therapists and coaches in Be Kind. You will work with the therapists who specialise in what you need the most guidance in to heal. Usually this will be around 2-4 different coaches. The Be Kind team works closely together and all sessions are connected and compliment each other.

Loes - co-founder Be Kind, intuitive life coach, yoga and meditation therapist

With a bachelor in Social Science graduated in The Netherlands, Loes moved to Bali to fully connect with herself and her core desires. In Bali she studied yoga and meditation and she is a certified 200 hours yoga and meditation teacher. During her yoga and meditation teaching, she also started to guide her students in different areas in their life; she expanded her service to guide other women in their life journey as intuitive life coach.

She specialises in eating disorders, depression and anxiety. She believes in the power of holistic healing and guides her students intuitively on their healing path. A holistic approach helped her overcoming her anorexia and she is beyond grateful to share her personal healing journey with all the women in Be Kind; to inspire and support. Loes is creating all the Be Kind programs for the trainings, retreats and therapy programs.

Javi - intuitive life coach, kundalini teacher, trauma release and hypnosis therapist

Five years ago Javi belonged to the corporate world and worked in marketing for a renowned bank in Chile. One day she decided that the office life was not for her so she dropped everything and moved to Bali where she currently resides. In Bali, Javi has created a Chai tea company, that successfully sells her produce to various restaurants in Bali. She is also life coach at Be kind, teaches Kundalini yoga and uses inner child work and TRE to help clients heal and over come struggles.

Using a holistic approach and a variety of techniques, (coaching, NLP, TRE and kundalini) . Certified in Kundalini yoga,TRE (trauma stress, releasing exercises) and NLP Life Coaching, Javi helps her clients identify the origin of their struggles and guides them in the process of release, until they can feel the freedom to empower themselves and take charge of creating the life they want to live. She provides her clients with a tool kit that they can take anywhere and continue applying in the future.

Linda - yoga and meditation therapist

Linda is meditation and yoga therapist from the Czech Republic. After years of her own yoga practice, she decided to travel to India to dive deeper into the science of Yoga. Since then she taught workshops and classes throughout Europe and Asia.

When living in Europe, she was guiding entrepreneurs and business leaders to a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle with yoga, mindfulness, meditation and personal coaching. For her classes and workshops, she sources from her experiences of Vipassana meditation, Kundalini and Yin Yoga, as well as Pranayama and mindful movement.

Linda’s other passion is holding space for women to find support and empowerment in themselves and each other rather than feeding a sense of competition. For Linda, yoga is a lifestyle. It’s beautiful and empowering as it is messy and challenging at times. She believes this practice teaches us to self-reflection and how to approach situations that come up in our day-to-day life.

Lola - creative movement and play therapist

Lola is a dedicated yoga practitioner, researcher, educator, self-love mentor, metta meditation teacher and movement/play therapist. Initially trained as a dancer and choreographer, she later extended her education in dance/movement therapy, yogic philosophy, buddhist studies, positive psychology, play therapy and meditation. Her training and work experience come from India, Japan, Vietnam, Czech Republic, Spain, Indonesia, Germany and Greece.

Lola’s work synthesizes intuitive movement, gentle touch, soothing breathwork, and joyful play. Her classes and workshops are a place of an intimate exploration of the self, and an opportunity to cultivate self-love, compassion, connection, courage, somatic confidence, awareness and authentic self-expression. She is the author of two books (Atma-Prema Yoga: 13 Essential Practices For Awakening Self-Love + Practice Happiness: A Handbook For Busy People) and a contributing writer for The Chopra Center.

Natalia - art therapist

After completing her degree in Art Therapy from Pratt institute, New York, Natalia travelled to Asia to get her yoga certification and decided that life in the west was too formal for her. In Bali, she has been teaching yoga, making jewelry (she is also a silversmith) and providing art therapy sessions.

In Be Kind, Natalia uses art as a communication tool. Through imagery, she helps clients understand who they are and what they are feeling. This helps them to comprehend the origin of their conflicts and gives them a deeper understanding of themselves. Once this is accomplished, she guides them to process their feelings and leads them through a journey of acceptance, empowerment, self-love and healing.
